A recent study suggests that CBD or cannabinoid is “remarkably effective” at killing bacteria, in the test tube said researches of a new study. The researches results showed that CBD had an ‘antibiotic’ effect against ‘Gram-positive’ bacteria including types of staph and strep bacteria, in addition to strains that have become resistant to other antibiotic drugs.

Researches suggest that because the results are very preliminary, people should not try to treat these infections with CBD at this time.

CBD Marketers around the globe claim that CBD oils can cure various ails such as cancer, epilepsy and more. Some even go so far as to suggest that CBD Oil can take the place of conventional medication however, experts caution that because CBD oil is not regulated, or tested for safety by the FDA or any third-party agency, it’s hard for consumers to know what they are getting.
